Conditions for Bonus Withdrawal

Expiry Date: Withdrawn 30 days from credit.
Stop-out Condition: Triggered at 25% equity level, closing trades and withdrawing bonus.
Insufficient Funds: Withdrawn if the account lacks balance to support open trades.
End of Promotion Period: Withdrawn when the promotion period ends.
Deposit Withdrawal: Withdrawn if the deposit is withdrawn.
Non-compliance: Withdrawn if terms and conditions are not followed.

Clients must comply with all terms and conditions to be eligible for the bonus.
The bonus is available only for new clients opening an account during the promotion period.
The Trading Bonus will be available to your account as long as the balance is positive. If the balance becomes negative, you will have 48 hours to deposit funds to continue with the bonus, else it will be credited out without prior notice. If the trader’s own funds are withdrawn after the bonus has been received, the bonus will be cancelled. The Bonus cannot be withdrawn.
A client can cancel the bonus at any time. Once the deposit bonus is cancelled, it cannot be reinstated.
Bonus hedging is strictly prohibited. If any client is found abusing the bonus, it will be cancelled immediately, and all deals placed will be declared null and void.
Any suspicious activity including hedging, arbitrage is not allowed and can cause suspension of trading on the suspected account.
Any situation not described in these rules shall be subject to the Company’s Decision.
Giraffe Markets reserves the right to change, update or cancel this promotion. The client will be notified via email or will be announced on the Website’s promotion menu.
Offer is valid for clients in specified regions as announced by Giraffe Markets.
In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of the above applicable 25% Deposit Bonus terms & conditions, such dispute or misinterpretation shall be resolved by Giraffe Markets, acting in good faith and as it shall, in its sole and absolute discretion, deem fit and proper. Giraffe Markets’ decision shall be final and binding.
Giraffe Markets has the right to disqualify any client who has accepted the current terms & conditions if:
- A breach of these terms & conditions and/or of any term of the Operative Agreements occurs;
- Giraffe Markets has reasonable grounds to believe a misuse of the 25% Deposit Bonus terms & conditions;
- The Client acts in bad faith and/or abusively and/or fraudulently and/or in a manner that is not in the spirit of the current 25% Deposit Bonus terms & conditions.
Giraffe Markets has the right to alter the terms & conditions at its discretion. Giraffe Markets may suspend or terminate the current terms & conditions if a situation arises where the conditions are unfair for more participants. Giraffe Markets has the right to suspend or terminate the current terms & conditions if its continuation is rendered impossible due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the control of Giraffe Markets (natural disasters, political conflicts, etc.).
By accepting the current terms & conditions, the client acknowledges that they have read and agreed to be bound by these terms & conditions together with the operative agreements as well as to all other business terms and conditions as these may be applicable and/or amended from time to time.
Notwithstanding the translated language of this document, the English wording shall be the binding version in the event of any discrepancy between the two languages.
